Our 6 day timetable has a total of 39 sessions (29 strength & 10 conditioning sessions). Monday Tuesday Thursday & Friday sessions are available from 6am, 7am, 8am, 930am, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm On Wednesday sessions are available from 6am, 5pm, 6pm & 7pm And, Saturday mornings 7am - 10am (every 30 minutes) You can book in to any available session via our booking system..
Yes of course, you do not need to have any training experience to join. We will assess you on day one and our coaches will tailor the sessions to your current level of strength & fitness. No matter what your starting point is, we will teach you how to move correctly & coach you to become stronger, fitter & leaner over the course of the challenge.
Once you have completed your payment we will book you in for your initial consultation. Then you can start the programme right away.
At the end of the challenge we will review your goals and if you have achieved this over the past 6 weeks at momentum fitness. If not, we will give you your money back! If you wish to continue with us & join our community we have membership options available for you to choose which works best. And, if your time at Momentum fitness is over then we wish you all the best for the future & with your fitness journey.
